Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During restocks or sales, processing may take longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking info.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed preference.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping - 1 business day

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow

24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Blaccout Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipping fee.

  • Pickup available Mondays & Tuesdays | 10 AM – 7 PM
  • You’ll be contacted when your order is ready
  • Please do not arrive unannounced

  • Rush orders are not guaranteed unless previously discussed.

Important:

  • You will be contacted directly when your order is ready to schedule your pickup.
  • Do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.
  • This is not a storefront and unannounced visits will not be accepted.

 ⏳ Missed Pickup / Late Policy

  • If you miss your confirmed pickup without notice, your order will be held for 4 additional days only.
  • After that, your order will be forfeited with store credit refund only.

❌ No Refund / No Exchange

Due to the nature of beauty products:

All sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for any reason. Please double- check your order before checkout.

📲 Communication Policy

  • Communication regarding orders and pickups will be via email or text during business hours only.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for a response.
  • Any disrespectful or inappropriate communication may result in refusal of future service.
