What is the return policy?

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All items purchased from Blaccout Beauty are final sale.

No Exceptions

Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.


  Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and handle these cases individually.

When will I get my order?

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During restocks or sales, processing may take longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking info.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard and Priority shipping via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed preference.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow

24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Blaccout Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipping fee.

  • Pickup available Mondays & Tuesdays | 10 AM – 7 PM
  • You’ll be contacted when your order is ready
  • Please do not arrive unannounced
