Are there any exceptions to the no refund policy?
Exceptions are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items that meet out eligibility requirements and are reported within the required time frame.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
You must contact us at info@blaccoutbeauty.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item(s), your order number, and a clear photo of the packing slip.
How soon must damaged items be reported?
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order for review. Failure to report within the required time frame may result in ineligibility for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Can I DM or text about damaged or incorrect items?
No. All damaged or incorrect item inquiries must be submitted via email only. DM's or text messages will not be accepted.
What happens if my claim is approved?
If eligible and approved, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
What is I selected the wrong item at checkout?
Orders cannot be changed once placed or fulfilled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to customer error. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Are sale or clearance items refundable?
No. All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
How long does it take to process pickup orders?
Pickup orders are processed within 1-2 business days and must be picked up within 7 days or the order will be cancelled without a refund.
What days do you ship orders?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
Yes. Express and Overnight shipping are available Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays are not eligible for expedited shipping.
What are U.S shipping time frames?
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days via USPS
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days via USPS
Overnight Shipping: Available Monday-Thursday only and must be placed before 2:00 PM CST
Are shipping times guaranteed?
No. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of BlaccoutBeauty's control and are not considered a company issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Economy international shipping typically takes 6-8 business days, while express international takes about 3-6 business days via UPS.
Please note that Blaccout Beauty is not responsible for import taxes, customs fees, or tariff duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What is my package is lost or stolen?
Blaccout Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier will not be reshipped. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
What is my package is returned to sender?
Returned or refused packages must be claimed within 2 days to be resent. Reshipment fees apply: $10 for standard shipping or $20 for express shipping. If reshipment is declined, store credit will be issued excluding shipping costs.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Blaccout Beauty is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
